Work Out at Home

To boost motivation and sense of purpose, consider trying health-club techniques at home:

Sign in whenever you exercise.

Install a mirror so you can check form.

Use a floor mat for stretches and strength training such as abdominsal crunches and side-lying leg lifts.

Buy a rubber mat to place under your equipment in order to cut noise and vibration and protect the floor.

Wear appropriate exercise clothing, such as breathable, lightweight sportswear.
