Laughter is the best medicine.

A short walk or jog every morning, regular breathing exercises such as swimming, meditation exercises and controlled, such as Pilates and yoga, or a good old dance workout that will improve the hormones happy. Also make sure to eat lots of protein in plants that contribute to the production of serotonin, such as white flakes of fish, soy, beans and low fat dairy products. Other references hormone of happiness are a carb-rich cereal, oatmeal, seeds and nuts, and vegetables such as spinach, cauliflower and celery, tuna and salmon, fish or lean meats such as chicken, turkey, beef, which are to high in vitamin B6. These foods naturally increase levels of serotonin and beta-endorphins in the body.

Hormones serotonin and endorphins in the body are used to transmit nerve signals, causing the emotions of what I should be happy or sad, happy or depressed, lethargic, or busy. These hormones are produced naturally in the body, but to varying degrees for different people. Some people are less than ideal levels of serotonin and endorphins, but the good news is, you can spike your level of endorphins and serotonin naturally and without medical treatment.

That laughter is the best medicine involves more than worth its weight in stickers. When the body is well fed and taken care of, mind and mood follow. A state of mind is equally important to the health and well-being as measurable indicators of health such as physical, blood sugar or cholesterol.
