Protect Your Skin When the Sun Shines

Do you know what to eat if you want your skin to be healthy, especially on summer time? If you go out of the sun most of the time, go for sun-protective foods like leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, and nuts to protect your skin from the heat of the sun. These foods could prevent the sun’s ultraviolet radiation to damage your skin. In addition, wear sunscreen and that’s essential, or better don’t stay too long in the sun.
